Ground-up custom home build — 3,400 sq ft two-storey on a 100×200 ft lot in Manotick. ICF foundation, triple-pane windows throughout, engineered hardwood on main and upper levels, a chef's kitchen with quartz waterfall island, and a fully developed walkout lower level. Completed in 11 months from permit issuance to certificate of occupancy.
